is in need of a Database/Communications Officer for its Access to Livelihoods Project (Economic Empowerment Programme)
The Purposes of the Job are
To maintain the LRC’s livelihoods database, ensuring accurate and timely entry of all records, to generate reports to support project monitoring and to maintain the organization’s social media tools for advocacy
The following are the essential qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
- Good understanding of disability issues
- Working experience on computer database and software packages operations
- Documentation skills
- Preferably a person with disability
About the Project
Access to livelihoods, is a three-year multi- country programme in Asia and Africa, funded by Accenture, implemented by Leonard Cheshire Disability International. This project aims to deliver livelihoods for over 13,000 people with disabilities in India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, The Philippines and South Africa.
